With $20 i would probably buy some gas or go buy a CD. Its not much to spend, but i could get good use out of it.

Football is falling apart this year. Two of our coaches are leaving and the were both our defensive coaches. That means the best part of our team isn't going to be as good as normal. Hopefully the new coaches that we are bringing in can fill in and do a good job. If not, my senior year will be a very bad year.

Cartoons

When i was little, the cartoon that i watched the most was probably Rugrats. I don't know why i liked it so much, but i watched it everyday and watched every episode multiple times. Rugrats was ruined though when they came out with Rugrats All Grown Up. After that came out i just quit watching it.

I also watched Hey Arnold a lot. I remember that show so well because his room had all of these neat things in it and he had a football shaped head. His couched flipped backwards into the wall and his bookshelf beside his bed moved as well. I guess when i was a little kid those kinds of things entertained me.

Middle School

In middle school i would ride the bus to school and then go to gym. When the bell rang i would go to my locker and talk to people until the lights dimmed, which meant that the last bell was about to ring. Between every class i would go into a friends class room and talk to people. Sometimes half of my grade would be in one classroom. In 8th grade on the way to lunch we had to go single file and couldn't talk. It made me feel like i was in the army. After school i would either go to practice or sit outside and talk to friends until my mom came to get me. Now that i look back on middle school, i miss all the good times and all the friends i had, but at the time i hated it and couldn't wait to move on to high school.

High School

To me high school reminds me of a job that your are just starting. It gets you prepared for the nest step which is college or working alone. People help you learn the things you need to know to be successful at what you are doing. You also build friendships that you will have for the rest of your life. Without high school, college would be to hard and you would fail. High school is that necessary step in your life that will help your future.

Football Open Field

Football is very boring this year. We have open field twice a week and there are only a hand full of people that come. We don't even have enough for a team at this point. I hope people get there stuff together and come to practice or my senior year will be pointless. Nobody takes football serious anymore and the coaches don't really seem to care. To me football is everything and i don't like to lose. I know i will still give it my all on Friday nights even if my team doesnt care whether we win or lose. Also this year we get three weeks off on dead period which will be great because we will need a break by then. Plus i will get to enjoy my short summer a little longer then i would if we didnt get that extra week off.

Who inspires you?

The person that most inspires me would have to be my brother Zach. He seems to do all of the right things and is making the best out of his life. I strive to be that good but its hard to. He was a good student and good at everything he did. He is now going to be an engineer which is one of the hardest things you can do in college. To pick that makes him look almighty and smart. It hard to feel somebody's shoes who didnt leave and space to be filled in.

SBX

My spring break was pretty amazing. I had a lot of fun and experienced new things. I had ridden a jet ski before, but i had never drove one. During the cruise i drove one twice. On one of them i was able to go 55 mph which was sweet and the other one was good with tricks. The two days in a row that i rode them was the best experiences that i had in a while. We also went to the Blue Lagoon and it was very pretty. The water was a light blue and clear. On the ship i met a lot of cool people that i still talk to. The boat wasnt as good as last year because it was smaller this year, but the people i met this year was a lot better.

Online

I spend a lot of time online because it passes time when im bored. I dont get on the internet that much when im at home because i have better things to do like basketball or Call of Duty. When i get bored and i theres nothing else to do then i will get on facebook and talk to some people. I text everybody that i want to talk to, so i dont really need to get on facebook. At school i use it for looking up information for class or doing homework.

UK loosing

Im mad that UK lost in the elite 8 game, but the other team couldn't miss a three. I understand that it was a tough game, but it didnt seem like they tried as hard as they could have. They had a great season and then that game kind of ruined everything that they worked so hard to do. The Big Blue nation expected a title this year and we didnt get one. So im sure coach will hear about it from the fans. Anything but perfection isnt good. Plus if we loose one game we have to hear about it from the Uof L fans even though they are always terrible. Oh well, we will do better next year. We will hang the 8th national championship banner in Rupp Arena's rafters.

Spring Break

I cant wait till Friday. We are leaving at 12 on Friday night and going to New Orleans to get on the ship. We are getting on the ship at 12 and it leaves at four. This first thing that im going to do when i get on is go get a burger and fries because it is amazing on the boat. On Monday we are supposed to arrive in Key West. Im excited about going there, but im kind of worried about how crazy the people are because ive heard they are. On Wednesday we will be in Nassau, Bahamas. I have been there before so im really excited as much to go there. On Thursday we are going somewhere else in the Bahamas, but i dont remember what it is called. I havent been there either so im looking forward to seeing new stuff.

Spring Football

Today is the last practice of Spring. I am ready for it to be over. It has been a long and tough three weeks. I remembered why i hated Spring so much. Sense we havent done anything in so long, the practices wears you out and makes you sore. A lot of people couldnt handle the pain so they never came back to practice. Those kinds of people are the people we dont want to play for us. We want the hardcore people that wont cry about getting dirty of getting a boo-boo. There arent many of those in this school.

Time

If i didnt have anything to do, i would probably play Call of Duty, go outside and shoot the basketball, or go on a road trip. I live an active life so i wouldn't be able to sit around any do nothing. I would have to more around and go places. I guess thats one thing about school. It gets me out of the house and challenges me. I like to visit and see new places so that would be the thing i would like to do most. Ive been to two different countries and it felt pretty cool to be out of the U.S. I hope when i get older I get a job that allows me to travel around the country. It would keep my life exciting and get me away from home for a while.

Defense

Yesterday was probably the best/most fun practice we have ever had. In the past we never hit each other except on occasions, but yesterday we went all out to see "who wanted to play". WE spent about an hour in hitting drills. There was a lot of popping pads and bodies feeling the pain. One players helmet even broke. When i woke up this morning i couldn't get up. I was so sore and tired. It has only gotten worse throughout the day. I guess thats the price you pay to have a little bit of fun.

Spring Ball

Our first spring practice was yesterday. I thought it went pretty well for a first practice. We got through all of the drills fast but they got boring because coach had to teach a lot. There wasnt many people out there so we had a lot of reps. I dont know how we are going to have the game with the small amount of people we have. A lot of them are at baseball or are in trouble, so i hope they come back soon because we need them. It is still to soon to say if we are going to be good, but i still cant see us making the playoffs. I hope we can though so my senior season wouldnt of been a waste and wont be a bad memory.

Football

Football starts Monday and im not looking forward to it at all. I have had a nice long break from it and it has been great. Now i have to go back to being outside in the heat for a long time with all my pads on, sweating very bad. If the weather stays the same than it wont be to bad. With my luck though, it will probably be 100 degrees next week. The only thing i am looking forward to is getting to hit people again. Thats the best part of football. Its not meant to hurt people but to separate the boys from the men. Thats one thing i have heard my whole life. I guess sense i have stuck with football for almost 10 years then i can be included in the men. I still have a lot of hard work to do before i reach my potential. This year i hope everybody will strive to get better instead of just the people who play a lot.

UK Basketball

The UK basketball team is 27-2 after last weekends loss. It was a tough loss. We came out flat and Tennessee pounded us. We came back to tie it in the second half, but we were to tired to take the lead. It was only our second loss but it is still a heart breaker to see your favorite team lose. Plus when UK looses I have to hear it from the UofL fans. We are ranked number two, but i think we should be ranked number one. We start three freshman but yet we have only lost two games. Kansas starts one freshman and have also lost two games. Sense we have less experience and have the same record, then we should be ranked number one.

Stuff

Football will be starting soon and im not looking forward to it. Im tired and sore, football will just make it worse. Even though it is my senior year, i dont have much hope for us. We are young and not very experienced. I hope my thought will be changed by the time we start playing games. I am looking forward to the Steak and Bean Bowl because i was the MVP and i hope to get it again. I have been working hard in the weight room and i have taken better care of my body. I hope this makes it easier for me during games and practices. I dont plan on playing football in college but i still intend to give everybody a good show.

Laughing

The things that make me laugh the most are funny people and funny shows. Even if i am in a bad mood they always seem to make me smile. I dont know why they do but im glad they do. I usually try to watch The Office or Family Guy to put me in a good mood. If they arent i turn it to Comedy Central and hope that there is something good on.

I am loving these snow days. Even though we have to go longer in June they are really helping out with resting. I usually dont sit down that much during the week and the snow keeps me inside so i have to sit down then. Im very busy with school, football, basketball, and hanging out with friends.

3 Snow Days

I didn't do that much on the snow days except sit around and watch tv or play games. I did have some friends over one day and we went outside for a while but we got cold and came in. Wednesday night i spent the night with a friend and we were outside all day throwing snowballs and stuff. There wasnt much to do outside sense he lives in a neighborhood. It would of been a lot better if he had a four-wheeler so we could do stupid things with that. But over all it was a pretty good three days. I caught up on some sleep and ate a lot. That always makes a day good.

I have no idea about what to blog about so im just going to ramble. My brother is coming in this weekend. I havent seen him in a couple weeks so im looking forward to it. Football hasnt been to bad sense it started a couple weeks ago, but nobody comes so i dont know what to expect from our team this year. Im not a big fan of the weather at this time of year because one day its cold and the next is hot. It needs to just stay the same. It also needs to snow a lot and get us out for a week. That would be nice, but i dont want to make it up.

Silly

Something that i think is really silly is that it is illegal to have a snow cone in your pocket. I guess somebody would think that it a gun or a knife, but i cant think of any other reason of why you cant have one.

Another thing that is sill is that we came to school today. We shouldnt have to come to the school when the schools parking lot is still bad. I couldnt even come in the south entrance to the parking lot because of all the snow on it. If the school parking lot is still bad, that probably means that the roads are bad.

My Weekend

On friday i thought we were going to have a snow day, but that didnt happen like it usual. I didnt end up going out that night because of the snow, so i sat at home at watched 4 hours of the X games. It didnt turn out to be a bad night. Saturday i went with some friends to go sledding and then i watched the UK game. I had some stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut, which was amazing. I went to church after that and then i went to a friends house. We went out side that night and played air soft in a house that was being built. It was fun, but the house didnt feel very safe because the floors were recently put in. The next morning i got up and had some coffee cake and it was pretty good. Then we went outside and played more air soft. The rest of the day we just messed around. That sums up my weekend. It was a good one.

Snow Day Tomorow

I hope we have a snow day tomorrow. I already have the whole day planned out. Im going to have some friends spend the night so they dont have to drive in the morning and we are going outside to sled. It is going to be fun and im sure somebody will end up getting hurt because thats just how we are. If we dont get out of school im going to be mad. They always tell us that we are getting all this snow and they are usually never even close. If they say we are getting 5 inches we get maybe 1. If they say we are getting 1 we might get 4. When they get it right then everybody would be happy instead of stressing out about whether or not they will buy more food or wait because it might not snow.

Winter

When the ground is white, i know im going to have a good day. Winter is a good time of the year. When it snows i am happy and when it doesn't i am sad. While i sit at home i am bored but it is much better then being bored at school. When im outside i usally play with my dog or i go sledding. Winter is very fun and i always look forward to it.

Dog Advice

Some advice that a dog would give about life is that you should never chew your bone up in one day. You should save it for a while and enjoy it longer. Also, life is good when it has water in the summer but when it dosent, life is bad. A dog might also say that when you get off the chain and the owner has to run after you, then you will most likely get punished later. The last piece of advice would be to make sure you take your medicine or things will get worse.

Trademarks

My trade mark would have to be that im always talking about football. Almost every blog has something to do with football. My brothers trade mark is that he always leaves stuff out like food and clothes. If you see a mess then you know that he has been in the room or is home. My other brothers trade mark would have to be that he always has to show off. I dont know why he does, but hes always doing it. My dads trade mark is that hes always asleep. He sleeps more on the couch then he does in his bed. As soon as he gets home hes out. My moms trade mark is that she asks a million questions. She will ask me the same questions about 3 times after i have already answered them.

Paoli Peaks

This past Sunday i went to Paoli Peaks to go skiing. I went with my brother and two friends. We knew how to get there, but we decided to go by what the Tom Tom said. That ended up being a bad choice because it took us on roads that two cars couldn't fit on. They also made me and my friends stomach hurt. We finally ended up where we were supposed to be and we were very glad. It was a warm day so the snow wasn't as fast as it would be on a cold day. The first couple times we went down, we had to go slow because it had been a year sense the last time we had gone. After 2 or 3 times I felt comfortable again and we started going of the jumps and rails. Most people don't do these things unless they go all the time, but me and my brother are pretty crazy so we did it anyway. We had a couple bad wrecks, but that just makes it even more fun. After about 6 hours of skiing our bodies had taken enough beating so we decided to go back home. Luckily we didn't go home the same way we came. We decided to go the way we knew and it worked out much better.

Snow Days

I enjoyed the two snow days that we had. Even though i couldn't leave half the day on thursday it was still fun. Me and my brother went outside and played with the dog for a while and then we tried to start up the go-cart. We haven't used it in like 4 years. We tried to start it for about 10 minuets, but it never started. We were bummed because we were going to try if we could take it out in the snow sense my mom wont let us have a 4-wheeler. Thursday night i went over to a friends house and the roads were still bad when i went out. Friday i went to the Y to work out and then i went to eat with a friend. Saturday i went to the UK vs. Georgia game. It was very cool, but it was a close game and it was stressful. It was snowing there the whole time so it was cold. Plus you have to walk a mile to get back to your car. Even with it being so cold it was still pretty awesome.

Snow Day/Football

I hope it snows tonight and tomorrow because i really need a break already. Snow days are fun because you can go outside and make snowmen. You can also ski or snowboard. You don't have to worry about school or driving because your mom wont let you leave the house. Also on snow days you can catch up on some sleep from the past weekend or make up some of your homework. Even though we just got off a 2 week break, its always nice to get a day off every once in a while.

Football is starting back up Tuesday. Im kind of excited, but at the same time im dreading all of the hard work i have to put into it. I know we will be down this year and its my senior year so i dont know what to expect. I hope everything turns out well, but who knows what will happen. Hopefully the newer guys can step up and help the team at the places we need them. If we can fill the holes then we should have a good team, but thats a hard thing to do.

Christmas Break

My Christmas break was pretty fun, but it went by way to fast. I cant remember the first part of the break very well, but i know it was fun. This past weekend i went to Louisville with a friend and went to Bass Pro Shops and Dicks. We had a good time but he had surgery last week so his knee was hurting and i had to hear about that all day. Last Tuesday i got my passport for spring break so i was excited about that. I got everything i asked for for christmas, so it was good. I didnt do that much, i just sat around playing games or went to a friends house. It was kind of boring, but it was a lot better then waking up and going to school. Most nights i went to bed around 3:30 or 4 and got up before 12 so i was always tired. Overall my two weeks were good.
